Coaching is partnering with Clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. The session/s are focussed on empowering the client to develop/enhance their own thinking and awareness to assist them with generating clarity to developing strategies to achieve their desired goal/s.

Coaching is not any of the following services; -

Psychology/ Psychiatry
-
Counselling
-
Medical
Due to the difference of services, the Coach will always refer if it is felt the Client would benefit more from any of the above services. At no point will a Coach cast a medical opinion and the decision to take other service will be at the Clients discretion. Coaching is not a medical profession.

In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under the Coaching Agreement for all coaching services rendered through and including the termination date.

The Coaching relationship is built on a willingness to participate. The Coach makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature.

The coaching relationship will remain strictly confidential, in the following circumstances:

A referral is required (Your Coach must gain permission from you to speak to a referral source).

We determine that you are in danger to yourself or others (We will discuss this with you at the time);

We are ordered by a court of law to disclose information (We will inform you of this).
Payment:
All sessions must be paid for prior to that session commencing. A booking will be held for 48hrs without payment, to allow for clear funds. If payment is not received within 48hr hold period, the appointment will be realised, and the Client will no longer have an allocated timeslot.
