Hello,

Firstly, a big thank you for taking the time to get to know The Epiphany Lab.

I still cannot believe this day has come! How a feeling grew into an idea, and has now developed into The Epiphany Lab.

For years I have wanted to assist as many people as I could by helping them elevate their skills to not only maximise success, but learn, evolve, and ensure their tool kit was fully equipped for any challenges that come their way.

So, how did the Epiphany Lab grow?

As a qualified Business Coach, who has spent years in management & training roles, I always felt something was missing within the ‘development’ sector.

Over time, my ‘feeling’ grew into a full-time curiosity.

I have met some amazing Coaches who offer fantastic services, worked with great organisations who invest into their people and mentored individuals who are hungry for personal development.

Despite being involved in all these great scenarios, I could not help but notice a few things seemed to missing

  • Too time consuming (taking people out of the business they need to be in)

  • Too soon - not the right training moment for individuals chosen to participate

  • Too generic - not suitable for the audiences learning and behaviour styles.

  • Lastly, the taboo topic.. Too costly - it is normally the investment into personal development that gets cut from the budget first.

It was clear to me there was a gap. A gap which the standard Coaching service could not reach.

This really got me thinking……

Why should you wait for your company to dictate when I develop?

Why can’t services be more suitable to all businesses?

Why can’t support be available as of when people need it?

For me, a service offering that anyone can access as of when they need it - was the right solution. I needed to offer something different from current Coaching services, I needed to change the approach and create a service which was easy to access, affordable and supported individuals and businesses through any part of their career/ business lifecycle. Support ‘on tap’, you could say

Therefore, The Epiphany Lab was created. Where the services are simple but our purpose is strong.
