Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can change. Therefore, The Epiphany Lab will always work with you on rescheduling to another suitable time. However, we do ask that the client provides a minimum 24hrs notice period for any cancellations, failure to do this will result in incurring fees. 

 

Cancellation Fees 

• 24hr plus notice provided: Option to reschedule or obtain a full refund 

• Within 24hrs notice: Option to reschedule. If the Client wishes not to pursue with any coaching services then a refund will be provided minus any services which have been provided, plus the administration fee.  

• No notice provided (No show): No refund provided. The appointment must be paid for. No rescheduling option.  

 

Explanation of costs:  

• Per Clarity session: $120 

• Per Development Session: $160 

• Per Accountability check in: $45  

• Per Review, Reflect & What’s Next $120 

• Follow up $35 

• Per Pre-work (Learning, behaviour and strengths) $100 

• Administration Costs – based on the service. 

  • Clarity & Enhance session $20 

  • Growth or Evolve $55
